Cemex HRM is a mid-staged startup run by a group of young & dynamic entrepreneurs looking to disrupt the way companies and their assets look at HR. Cemex HRM is a Microsoft cloud backed work force collaboration tool that helps businesses to be able to streamline their routine HR functions and focus on the core business. Our human capital management system allows to automate routine HRIS functions, leave, work from home, attendance, recruitment, payroll, appraisal processes and AI driven Bots, allowing owners to have an efficiently functioning HR Department.
Incorporated in February 2014, as a subsidiary of our parent company Cenmetrix (Pvt) Ltd, Cemex HRM has been growing at over 100% year-on-year the past few years.

Director
A graduate from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, USA. Over 14 years of work experience in the Finance and ICT Sectors in the USA and Sri Lanka. Initiated a few startups.
Farhard Hussain
Director
Years of experience in Business Management and Information Technology and involved in many startups. A graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania, USA, with an international work experience exposure.
Chittananda Kulatilake
Director
An IT expert with over 15 years of experience in all aspects of ICT developments with highly prestige Second Class B.Sc degree in Computer Science from Open University & Bachelor of Information Technology from University of Colombo
Imran Vilcassim
Director
Former Head of Microsoft in Sri Lanka and Maldives, Was Instrumental in Landing Microsoft’s Cloud Services in Sri Lanka & Maldives and drove double digit growth in its cloud offerings since its inception. Imran with close to 14 years at Microsoft, played various leadership roles in the company and spearheaded Microsoft’s engagement in Government, Commercial Businesses as well as driving Marketing and Channel Engagement to drive disruptive growth in the SME Business.
Wellington Perera
Director
An entrepreneur at heart, he clocks 22 years as a tech professional. He is an experienced technology & business strategist and a solution architect. He had been a key proponent in building a vibrant tech eco-system around Microsoft technologies in the country. Work he carried out during his 12-year tenure in Microsoft helped over a million students across the country gain new tech skills. He is also an avid contributor to the local ICT industry.
